31st Anniversary Gala
As The King Arts Complex’s celebrates another incredible year of connecting community through the arts, we invite you to be part of the festivities at our 31st annual Gala!
Join us Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Hilton Columbus Downtown as we honor a true Columbus trailblazer, businesswoman and community advocate Donna A. James. The evening will begin at 7 p.m. with a VIP dinner followed by a conversation with our guest of honor moderated by Yvette McGee Brown, Esq. The Gala will feature intimate concert performances by Stokley and Tim Bowman, dessert stations, cash bars, and more. NBC4’s Mike Jackson will serve as Master of Ceremony for this special night.
All proceeds from the evening will support The King Arts Complex in its mission to provide our community with artistic programming that challenges and inspires.

In recognition of the 50th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s untimely death, The King Arts Complex will convene a week-long citywide arts celebration honoring his life and legacy. Organized with community partners from across central Ohio, venues throughout Columbus will host nearly a dozen unique events.
